Uganda Cubs learn Round of 16 opponents

The ongoing U-17 World Cup tournament in Doha, Qatar reached the round of 16, with remaining teams getting to know their next opposition at the youthful global competition.

Four countries from the African terrain are still in contention for honors and surprisingly the quartet will battle each other to determine who advances to the next stage.

Making their first appearance at World Cup finals, Uganda will take on 2011 Africa Cup of Nations Champions Burkina Faso who eliminated holders Germany on Saturday.

A confrontation between Cubs and the West Africans means Uganda are facing another side from CAF in the knock outs after that 1-0 gritty triumph over Senegal at round of 32.

In the other African affair, Morocco turn guns onto Mali, a repeat of this year’s U-17 Africa Cup of Nations final that was won by the young Atlas Lions infront of the home crowd in April.
