The Kasasiro Boys who regained their form in past weeks will strive for maximum points against the visitors under the lights in Lugogo.
KCCA won two league games on the bounce before the break, an emphatic 5-0 victory over newbies Mbale Heroes FC and 2-1victors on the road in Bombo.
However, head coach Abdallah Mubiru is fully aware of the threat posed by the opponents, currently languishing in the red zone.
“The message to the players is very clear. We do not have any room for complacency.” Mubiru said in a pre-match interview
“ We face a side that is fighting to survive relegation, and such sides are usually tricky. We can’t afford any more slip-ups, so we are treating this game very seriously.” he added
The reverse fixture played in October 2024, ended 1-0 in favor of KCCA FC, Derrick Nsibambi the hero for the lone goal at Kavumba Recreation Ground.
Elsewhere, Maroons FC visit Lugazi FC at Lugazi Stadium-Najjembe while Wakiso Giants host the Soldier boys of UPDF FC, both games kicking off at 4pm.
