Total FC, tormentor of Express FC in the previous round, play their first game away from home in this campaign, with a trip to Bul FC.
Vipers SC host Black Power FC who surprisingly dumped out current Startimes Uganda Premier League runners-up, NEC FC.
The Round of 16 ties are expected to take place between 17-21 March, 2025. The ultimate winner of the Uganda Cup secures a slot to represent the country in the CAF Confederation Cup.
