Commenced with a 1-0 win over defending champions South Africa, the East African giants outclassed WAFU A Zonal winners The Gambia, and late arrivals DRC Congo on Thursday.
St Noa Girls in vibrant mood, dispatched The Gambia 3-0 in their first match of the tournament at University of Ghana Stadium, Lillian Nabukeera bagged a brace together with Kawiino Grace who scored the other.
The Ugandan girls once again registered a 3-0 victory against debutants DR Congo, thanks to goals from Brenda Nassaka, Lydia Namaseruka and Kawiino Grace to make it three wins in as many games played at the continental showpiece.
Flaunting signals of running away with the ultimate prize, St Noa secured a slot in the semi-finals as they comfortably wait their next opponent at the knock-out stage of the youthful third edition.
