Nasarawa Amazons midfielder Rukayat Shobowale has urged her teammates to immediately turn their attention to the upcoming Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Super Six playoff tournament.
The Lafia-based side secured their spot in the season-ending championship after a hard-fought 1-0 victory over defending champions Edo Queens.
They will now join Remo Stars Ladies, Bayelsa Queens, Edo Queens, and Rivers Angels in the Super Six.
The final participant will be determined next week as Naija Ratels and Robo Queens battle for the last playoff spot on the final day of the regular season.

Following their qualification, a delighted Rukayat Shobowale took to social media platform X to rally her teammates.
“Finally, we (Nasarawa Amazons) qualified to the NWFL Premiership Super Six with a trademark win against Edo Queens. Time to shift focus to the ultimate league winner decider, ” she wrote.
With their Super Six berth secured, Nasarawa Amazons will now shift their immediate focus to their next league fixture against Heartland Queens in Owerri, a match that will serve as part of their preparations for the crucial playoff tournament where the NWFL champions for the 2025 season will be decided.
