Following his victory over Speed Darlington in their celebrity boxing match, controversial street-pop artist Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has set his sights on an even bigger challenge: former heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua.

“Now that I’ve beaten Speed Darlington, it is only Anthony Joshua I can fight now,” Portable confidently declared to PUNCH Sports Extra.

The “Zazuu” crooner, who emerged victorious against Speed Darlington at the “Chaos In The Ring” event on April 18 at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Lagos, also confirmed receiving a substantial sum of N20 million from Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy.

Following this generous reward, Portable has publicly requested a musical collaboration with Burna Boy, who has had his own ongoing disagreements with Speed Darlington.

The celebrity boxing match concluded abruptly in the second round when Speed Darlington was unable to continue, reportedly due to a dislocated shoulder. However, the defeated American-based Nigerian artist has disputed the legitimacy of the result, demanding a rematch and alleging that Portable used supernatural forces (“juju”) to secure the win.

“Portable, I want a rematch, it breaks my heart you are carrying that money. It is so unfair, you have up to two experiences fighting. I have not entered ring before,” Speed Darlington lamented in a video shared on Instagram.

He further accused the event organizers of tribalism, suggesting that the outcome favored Portable due to his Yoruba heritage, despite the fight ending due to his physical inability to continue rather than judges’ scoring.

Responding sarcastically to these allegations, Portable embraced the “juju” claims, stating, “I am not a loser, I am a winner. He is saying I used juju. Yes, na juju, go find your own juju.”

This is not the first time Portable has expressed interest in stepping into the ring with Anthony Joshua. Earlier this month, prior to his bout with Speed Darlington, he declared his desire to fight the boxing star for a staggering N100 million, dismissing Speed Darlington as an unworthy opponent. “I’m not fighting Speed Darlington again; I want Anthony Joshua with N100m,” Portable had stated in a video on April 9.
