Remo Stars coach, Daniel Ogunmodede, has declared that his team will pursue maximum points in their crucial matchday 32 fixture against Rivers United.
The Sky Blue Stars, currently leading the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) with 60 points, hold an eight-point advantage over second-placed Rivers United.
Ogunmodede believes that their recent 2-0 victory over Enyimba will serve as a significant morale boost for the team.

“Every game we will give our maximum fight, every game is important to us no matter the position of the opposition,” Ogunmodede told Remo Stars media.
“The next game against Rivers United won’t be any different we will see how we can try and get the maximum points from the game.”
Remo Stars are set to face Rivers United at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium on Sunday, with the outcome potentially having a great impact on the NPFL title race.
