Nigeria National League (NNL) side, Kada Warriors, have announced the signing of Nazim and Kalim Amokachi, sons of former Super Eagles forward, Daniel Amokachi. The club made the announcement on their Facebook page, expressing their excitement about the arrival of the Amokachi brothers.
According to the club, “the legendary Amokachi name is back to the pitch of play, and at our darling club Kada Warriors FC Kaduna.” The statement added that while Daniel Amokachi may no longer be on the pitch, his spirit lives on through his sons, who will proudly wear the Kada Warriors FC badge in the upcoming second stanza of the NNL.
Nazim and Kalim Amokachi previously played for Turkish club Besiktas before joining Kada Warriors.
The signing of the Amokachi brothers is expected to boost the team’s chances in the NNL, and fans are eagerly awaiting their debut for the club.
