On his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Mr Eazi posted a short but intriguing message, “I’ve got my eyes on NPFL.”
This statement suggests that the music star has plans or intentions related to the Nigerian top-flight league.
Mr Eazi, known for pioneering the Banku music genre, is also a significant stakeholder in the betting company betPawa.
He played a key role in the company’s decision to sponsor the Ghana Premier League, demonstrating his previous engagement with football sponsorship in the region.
