The Kasasiro Boys will hope to cruise to yet another victory after their first coming last week since the commencement of the second round.
KCCA FC travel away to the soldiers boys of UPDF FC in matchday twenty of the Startimes Uganda Premier League.
Fresh from a 5-0 emphatic win against newbies Mbale Heroes, the 13-time league champions are determined to carry the same energy to the hosts in Bombo.
Ahead of the trip, head coach Abdallah Mubiru spoke to the club media, urging the boys to keep consistency in remaining games as witnessed in the last showdown at home.
“We have prepared well against UPDF FC, which is one of the stubborn sides to KCCA FC. The boys have trained well all week; the mood in camp is high, and we hope to use our previous game as a momentum shift as we head into the final bend of the league.” said coach Abdallah.
Further more, the tactician elaborated on players who aren’t available for the confrontation at Bombo Military Barracks.
“We will still be without Munguchi. Mujuzi is also out injured. However, Katenga and Muhamud have commenced training but will not be ready for this game. The rest of the squad is available for selection Abdallah Mubiru.” he said
UPDF are winless are in the last 11 meetings against KCCA, 7 defeats and shared spoils on 4 occasions. The reverse fixture between the two sides in October ended in a barren stalemate.
