The Uganda mid-season transfer window came to an end on Friday January 31, with teams reinforcing their squads ahead of the Startimes Uganda Premier League second round.
KCCA Football Club have updated it’s faithful on how it conducted business last month, announcing the new signings, and the outing servants.
In the just concluded window, the former champions managed to secure only one addition, attacking midfielder Umar Lutalo from Kitara Football Club.

Two teenagers were handed minor contracts to keep them at bay, Yian Gatbel, and impressing Uganda U-17 midfielder Brian Jjara.
The departures include Abubaker Mayanja who opted not to renew his contract with the club. The attacker had signed a minor’s contract at start of the 2023/24 season, which was in exercise until the player turned 18 years.
Others are trio Ssenoga Kagawa Muhammed, Juma Ibrahim, and South Sudan International Emmanuel Loki whose contracts were terminated on mutual terms.
The club further stated that two players, Joseph Ogwang, and Elvis Eddy Mwaje are absent without leave. A disciplinary action as per club policy has been established on the pair.
