Guinea delegation have finally arrived in Kampala for the 6th day of 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifier against Uganda.
After a little over six hours of flight from Abidjan, the special plane provided by the Guinean government touched down on the tarmac of Entebbe airport at around 9:30 am local time.
With the usual formalities done, the players along with the staff and the delegation took the road towards their final destination where they will be camping during their brief spell in the country.
Guinea who registered a goalless draw in their last game against Somalia on Friday, come when pressure is growing high on head coach Michel Dussuyer.
The French tactician will need to respond back with a postive result in Kampala, with natives at home calling for his sacking incase things don’t go right.
The West Africans confront Uganda next week on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Namboole Stadium under the floodlights.
