Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface has reacted with humor after a Nigerian boy revealed that he sold the Bayer Leverkusen star’s gifted boots to a Rwandan player for $100.
The boy, who attended Nigeria’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Rwanda, received the boots from Boniface after the match.
However, due to hunger and financial difficulties, the boy was forced to sell the boots to a Rwandan player.
Boniface jokingly commented on the video, asking people to help him find the boy so he can get a 10% cut from the sales.
“Abeg, make una find this boy for me. Make he drop 10% of the money ooo,” Boniface wrote, humorously adding that he would have given the boy a jersey, but he might sell it again.
