Uganda women’s national football team first choice goalkeeper Ruth Aturo wasn’t part of the squad that left the country on Sunday for the return leg of the 2026 WAFCON Qualifiers.
The decision left many in shock but now reasons for her omission are well understood after head coach Sherly Botes feedback about the whole issue.
