BuL FC lock horns with Mbarara City FC this Saturday at Kakyeka Stadium in match day 21 of the Startimes Uganda Premier League.
The Eastern giants in hot-form since the start of the second round, have won 5 consecutive league games and 7 overall in all competitions. (two in Uganda Cup)
Meanwhile, Mbarara City FC have had a string of mixed results this season and currently they are one spot above the relegation zone.
Speaking ahead of the confrontation, BuL head coach Abbey Kikomeko revealed that his side is determined to continue their recent form against the Ankole Lions.
Kikomeko said in pre-match interview “We’re coming into this game tomorrow thinking of getting three points.
He added “Mbarara City denied us the trophy last season with a 0-0 draw, and they beat us 2-0 in the first round this season. We’re looking to turn the results around and make sure BUL FC wins this game tomorrow.”
BuL FC has not succumbed to a defeat in the last 5 games on the road, winning three matches and drawing 2 in the process.
