Atlectico Madrid Star headlines Mozambique Squad to face Uganda in World Cup Qualifiers

The Spain-based player is part of the Mambas roster summoned for the upcoming global Qualifiers scheduled next month.

Mozambique national head coach, Chiquinho Conde announced his provisional squad for the March 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.

The Mambas face Uganda, and Algeria on matchday five and six of the qualification stage for the FIFA world Cup respectively.

Five goalkeepers, fourteen defenders, twenty midfielders, and ten forwards make up the 49 member squad invited for the double confrontation.

A blend of experience and youth, Atlectico Madrid veteran Reinildo Mandava together with Kazier Chiefs defender Edmilson Gabriel Dove headline the pre-list.

Mozambique host Uganda first on Tuesday, March 20, 2025 before they embark on the journey to North Africa 5 days later.
