Nasarawa United forward Anas Yusuf will be honoured with the prestigious Eunisell Boot Award after emerging as the top scorer in the 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season, netting 18 goals.
The award presentation is scheduled for Friday, June 13, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, GRA Ikeja, Lagos. Alongside the symbolic golden boot, Yusuf will receive a ₦3.6 million cash prize, calculated at ₦200,000 per goal—an incentive model unique to the Eunisell Boot.
Now in its seventh year, the Eunisell Boot has grown to become one of the most respected accolades in Nigerian football, aimed at celebrating excellence in goal scoring while reinforcing corporate support for the domestic league.

Yusuf becomes the second Nasarawa United player to win the award after Sunusi Ibrahim claimed it in 2019. His remarkable season was marked by consistent goal-scoring and match-winning performances that elevated both his profile and his club’s competitiveness.
Since its inception in 2018, the Eunisell Boot has recognized some of the league’s standout strikers, including Junior Lokosa (Kano Pillars, 2018), Mfon Udoh (Enyimba, 2019), Israel Abia (Rangers, 2020) and Chijioke Akuneto (Rivers United, 2022).
This year’s edition also coincides with Eunisell’s 10th anniversary of involvement in Nigerian football, a decade of sustained investment that includes sponsorship of Abia Warriors FC and grassroots football initiatives.
