The wait of the draw for one of the most prestigious competitions on continent is over with just hours left to the main event.
The draw for the Total Energies CAF Nations African Championship (CHAN) is set to be held on Wednesday January 15 at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.
Making return to finals since 2018, Nigeria is among the countries in the much-anticipated draw alongside holders Senegal and two-time winners, Morocco.
Prior, the West African nation had missed the last two editions of 2020 and the 2022 tournament that was staged in Algeria.
A trio from the East African region namely Uganda, Tanzania, and newbies Kenya are the hosts for this year’s edition scheduled to take place between February 1 to 28 February, 2025.
