The Ablaze/Right to Smile Academy is taking a proactive approach to developing its young footballers, offering them valuable vocational training alongside their athletic pursuits.
Three young talents from the academy are currently enrolled in vocational programs, providing them with essential skills for their future.
Olugbade Basit and Odunayo Daniel are honing their creative abilities in Graphics design and Printing Press operations, while Murtala Yusuf is pursuing a career in Fashion design.

This initiative, spearheaded by Team Director Osho Samuel Oluwafisayo, aims to provide young athletes with a “Plan B,” ensuring they have viable career options beyond football.
The academy recognises that vocational skills can not only complement their football careers but also serve as a foundation for a successful life after sports.
“In the academy, we give the kids plan B to learn vocational skills. It will also be of help to their football career and outside their football career,” Osho explained.
Beyond football, the Ablaze/Right to Smile Academy has a strong track record of supporting its students’ education.
